The information will not be shared with any entity. GAW promises every client the privacy of their information provided.
When you order a design service we request you some specifics about your product, company so that we can deliver just the best service your company deserves. By obtaining the information, we start working on the order and make you aware of the status. All rights to the design service we create at the request of a client belong to the client.
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. An administration fee of 3.5% of your original purchase price will be deducted from the amount refunded. The refund policy will not take effect in any of the following events:
How the money will be transferred:
If you have paid for the order using credit card – the money will be transferred back to your credit card account in 6 business days. If you have paid using a cheque or a money order your refund will be transferred back to your account.
Refund will not be applicable in the following scenarios :
If you have ordered the lowest-priced package.
If work was commenced on one of the samples design changes were effected at your request.
If you have approved your design.
If the party who has ordered the logo decides to close the company or change its company’s name.
If the project was cancelled for reason(s) irrelevant to the design service of GAW, Inc.
If you do not communicate with GAW. within 2 months time.
If the client has hired 2 design companies to work on the same order.
